Job Summary: Ezarc Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Laser Table Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining quality production on the CNC laser table, programming the CNC using CAD/CAM software, and importing and editing DXF, DWG, and NC1 files comfortably within the Radan software.
About the Position:
This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be working in tandem with the foreman and project manager to drive project success, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain quality production on the CNC laser table
• Program the CNC using CAD/CAM software
• Import and edit DXF, DWG, and NC1 files within Radan software
• Load and unload raw materials safely and efficiently
• Perform regular maintenance including daily cleaning, lubrication, and calibration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project activities
• Work in tandem with the foreman and project manager to drive project success
• Select and install cutting consumables, adjust machine settings, and monitor the cutting process to ensure quality and accuracy
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications
Requirements:
• Competence in the use of tape measures and calipers
• Proficiency with computers and file navigation
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication and part drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds and be on your feet most of the day (8-10 hour shifts)
• Friendly personality and willingness to work as part of a team and be cross-trained (if necessary)
• Proficiency with modern CAD/CAM software
• Proficiency in nesting for CNC laser machines
• Effective communication in both verbal and written English
