Responsibilities

  • Travel to different neighborhoods and suburbs to sell Ezee Fiber High-Speed Internet door-to-door.
  • Acquire new residential customers from assigned leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly high-speed internet sales and revenue quotas through using consultative sales process.
  • Deliver sales presentations on products and services that meet the customer’s needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive reputation and brand image for Ezee Fiber in the marketplace.
  • Become an expert in the competitive environment to effectively position Ezee Fiber as the best high-speed internet choice for the assigned territory.
  • Participate in all sales meetings and training programs, as assigned.
  • Participate in activities and events that promote Ezee Fiber products and services, as necessary.
  • Meet with assigned HOA / POAs and Home Builders in your territory, as needed.
  • Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation to the field and a safe driving record.
  • Work experience in telecommunication sales is highly preferred but not necessary.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work independently.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

    The position requires approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for an extended period of time.

  • Ability to work in all seasons and inclement weather.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during an 8-hour work shift; may require walking several miles each day.
