Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay informed and identify potential opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
