Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive community events and strategies to promote brand awareness through various channels.
- Organize and oversee branded events from inception to execution.
- Manage relationships with sponsors and partners, to ensure alignment and brand.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of events and partnerships in terms of return on investment.
- Identify and engage with key community stakeholders, such as Homeowners Association (HOAs)
- Attend networking events to develop community relationships and bring brand awareness.
- Formulate partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.
- Represent Ezee Fiber in the community, promoting our values and enhancing our brand image.
- Attend and participate in local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent Ezee Fiber.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor movements.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Create and disseminate engaging content on various social media platforms to stimulate interest in our internet services.
- Distribute promotional materials, samples, and branded merchandise to amplify brand awareness and create memorable impressions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan strategies.
- Collect and analyze feedback on customer sentiments, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in brand management, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing events from planning through execution, including securing sponsorships and partnerships.
- Proven experience in event setup and teardown, managing event budgets, and coordinating vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution
- Availability to work flexible hours, including scheduled evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strategic community engagement plans and secure key partnerships.
- Experience engaging with chambers of commerce, networking groups, and other community organizations.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and fostering brand awareness.
- Experience in content creation and social media management for brand promotion.
- Ability to stay informed on community trends and align engagement strategies with the brand’s objectives and values.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
