Manager, Community Engagement,
As the Manager, Community Engagement, you play a critical role in representing Ezee Fiber Construction efforts at municipal meetings, community gatherings, HOA Meetings, Utility Districts, and other various forums. You will support the construction initiatives and priorities of the company by serving as the primary point of contact for various government officials, economic development agencies, and community organizations. You will be proactive in providing feedback on community viewpoints, as well as educating communities on the construction process. You will attend community events to maintain relationships with new and established communities within our service area. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and independent worker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The right candidate must possess an outgoing personality with a strong focus on relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering and Construction process by researching and identifying HOA's and community groups within future build areas.
- Independently build and manage relationships with community leaders, and community organizations, mainly HOA's and Water Utilities, throughout the life cycle of construction in multiple build areas.
- Ensure timely communication with the community regarding permitting, construction, and maintenance timelines and expectations of upcoming and current construction projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between community leaders, and Ezee Fiber leadership.
- Coordinate meetings between key community organizations, Ezee Fiber Construction Managers, and Contractors.
- Plan, execute, and lead community engagement events and specific projects to educate residents on the construction process and foster support for new fiber expansion projects.
- Identify opposition and related risks to project success and help implement mitigation strategies.
