Primary Duties
- Assist in every aspect of customer operations channels.
- Efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and appointment planning.
- Supervise the administrative operations within the department.
- Undertake minor project management and compile reports.
- Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date reports.
- Engage actively with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments with any customer operation’s team needs.
- Monitor and manage company assets and resources.
- Handle the organization and management of assets and materials.
- Manage all forms of communication including phone calls, emails, letters, and package handling.
- Monitor and manage review payouts regarding In House Technicians and BP Techs.
- Assist with the monitoring and delivery of performance KPI’s.
- Assist with deck building and meeting agendas.
- Demonstrated ability to direct office activities and adhere to company policies.
- Skilled in providing support to clerical and support staff, especially in complex or sensitive tasks.
- Capable of overseeing communication channels including telephone, email, and mail.
- Responsible for maintaining an organized inventory of office supplies.
- Competent in managing records, documentation, and sensitive files such as employee records.
- Ready to undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proven time management skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective supervisory and leadership qualities.
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks and delegating when necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- Basic knowledge of standard business equipment operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- At least three years of experience in administrative and clerical roles.
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk and on a computer.
- Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
