Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and preparing HR-related reports.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Provide HR guidance on policies, benefits, and inquiries to all department
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Responsible for processing terminations in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records.
- Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
- Manage the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and company events.
- Assist with communications related to engagement initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and excited about upcoming events as well as manage the Human Resources calendar
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Office Manager
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a related HR administrative role
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong organizational skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws: Understanding relevant labor laws and regulations
- Proven ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Ability and desire to work with new and changing technologies and processes.
- Proven ability to manage and complete projects simultaneously and under deadlines
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Problem-solving abilities: Identifying and resolving HR related issues
- Knowledge and experience using Paycor HRIS and ATS preferred
- Experience working in telecommunications preferred
