Ezee Fiber is seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-driven Director, Product to oversee the full end-to-end product lifecycle across our Fiber to the Home (FTTH), Enterprise, Small Business, and Community Solutions (MDU and master-planned communities) businesses. In this role, you will lead four key verticals :
- Product Strategy : Establishing and managing the product and offer roadmap including residential multi-gig fiber internet, Wi-Fi 6E, 7, 8, community Wi-Fi, IP video streaming, voice, and enterprise fiber connectivity solutions.
- Product Management : Driving continuous improvement of launched products and overseeing product retirements to ensure an innovative and customer-centric portfolio.
- Product Marketing : Collaborating closely with marketing to ensure a compelling go-to-market strategy, developing messaging and enablement tools, and equipping teams to effectively position and sell our products.
- Product Operations : Working in close partnership with network architecture and engineering to launch new products efficiently, maintain optimal performance of existing products, and monitor critical systems including Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond—ensuring continuous improvement and timely product retirements.
Partner with the marketing team to develop and refine product messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools.
Collaborate closely with network architecture and engineering teams to launch new products, ensuring readiness across all systems and touchpoints.
