Job Description

The Lead NOC Technician will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Network Operations Center (NOC) technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking and telecommunications, as well as experience in managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of NOC technicians
• Ensure that all network and telecommunications systems are operating efficiently
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that network and telecommunications systems are integrated and functioning properly
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure that all network and telecommunications systems are secure and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in networking and telecommunications technology
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in networking and telecommunications
• 2 years of experience in managing a team of technicians
• Strong technical skills in networking and telecommunications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus
