Job Description
The Lead NOC Technician will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Network Operations Center (NOC) technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking and telecommunications, as well as experience in managing a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of NOC technicians
- Ensure that all network and telecommunications systems are operating efficiently
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that network and telecommunications systems are integrated and functioning properly
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure that all network and telecommunications systems are secure and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in networking and telecommunications technology
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in networking and telecommunications
- 2 years of experience in managing a team of technicians
- Strong technical skills in networking and telecommunications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus
