Position Overview :
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to meet the needs of our business, primarily within sales, marketing, and customer service functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, and deliver actionable insights. As a Salesforce Administrator at Ezee Fiber, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth by ensuring that Salesforce is fully integrated into the daily operations and that users have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Platform Management :
Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and solving problems in a timely manner.
Manage data integrity through regular data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation processes.
Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to identify process improvements and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, such as billing platforms, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proficiency in Salesforce setup, configuration, and automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Lightning App Builder).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
