Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement Strategy
Design and execute a multi-market
Field Operations Playbook , ensuring consistency and scalability in service delivery.
Establish policies, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across all field operations.
Identify key performance metrics, implement best practices, and leverage data to improve operational effectiveness.
Develop frameworks to launch and scale operations in new and existing markets while maintaining operational excellence.
Work closely with executive leadership, regional teams, and other departments (e.g., customer operations, network deployment, supply chain) to ensure alignment.
Identify and implement tools and systems that enhance field operations, workforce productivity, and customer experience.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
