Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect returned customer equipment for physical damage and functionality.
- Perform diagnostic testing to assess operability and condition of equipment.
- Accurately log test results and equipment status into inventory and tracking systems.
- Work with internal teams to identify repair or refurbishment needs.
- Maintain an organized workspace to ensure efficiency and accuracy in processing returns.
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines related to warehouse operations.
- Assist with inventory management and data entry as needed.
- Support other warehouse functions as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
