Fiber Installation & Repair Tech
We are seeking a skilled front-line technician that can install and service our Ezee Fiber internet service. This individual will possess the desire to maintain high quality installation standards, learn and excel in a high paced environment, and provide quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Repair of Fiber Optic Services
- Installation and maintenance of customer premise equipment
- Manage routed work independently.
- Ability to troubleshoot/diagnose hardware equipment. Installation, termination, and testing of low voltage/network cables
- Fiber Splicing and rectify fiber optic problem areas.
- Asset and Material management
- Customer centric engagement
- Work independently
- Consistently meeting SLA on assigned and routed work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in collections is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Understanding of Internet Protocols and networking principles.
- Strong Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong communications and customer service skills
- Strong Work Ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic electronics
- Ability to work in various environments to include indoors, outdoors, aerial, and confined spaces
- Ability to work with various power and hand tools
