Job Overview
We are seeking a Handy Man Assistant to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to residential maintenance, including painting, repair and installation of various systems and equipment. The role also involves ensuring that all areas of the work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Duties
- Provide assistance to a skilled handyman.
- Lift heavy tools and equipment for lengthy periods.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting, pulling measurements, using a screwdriver and other tools.
- Clean and organize work areas, including tools and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have communication skills and be willing to take orders
- Willingness to learn
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Speaks English
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $21.70 per hour
