Ezion Fair Baptist Church & Entities is looking for a competent well organized Executive Administrator to provide leadership, courteous customer service, and administrative support to our growing organization. You will be responsible for handling front line operations and communications. Must be Microsoft efficient, have a knowlege of media functions and committed to task completion.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Skills
- Proven experience as an executive administrator or in other positions that show managerical skills
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office with some knowledge of multimedia
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- At least an Associates degree; additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
