The Opportunity
EZ STAK is seeking a customer centric, sales focused Inside Sales Representative to join the Government vertical of the company’s Sales team based out of our Kingston, ON or Watertown, NY office.
The successful candidate will have a proven inside sales track record, with an exceptional communication skillset and experience working within or with the military. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to understand the company’s target Government customer and tailor strategic selling accordingly.
High proficiency with digital operations, CRM and computers are required. The Inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to make exciting contributions to a dynamic, growth-oriented sales vertical.
Please note that some travel within Canada and the United States will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
·Remotely sells EZ STAK’s products to specific customer accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
Customer Engagement
·Handle inquiries from defense clients, providing detailed information about EZ STAK’s products and solutions tailored to their specific needs
·Maintain strong customer relationships with customer satisfaction as a top priority
Quotation and Proposal Preparation
·Develop accurate quotes and proposals that align with customer specifications and budgetary requirements
Lead Management
·Qualify incoming leads and maintain an organized pipeline within the CRM ensuring timely follow-ups and conversations
Sector Specific Expertise
·Stay informed on trends, regulations, and procurement processes specific to defense
·Provides inputs on the defense market, new product innovations and existing products
Order Coordination
·Process and track orders, working closely with production and logistics team to meet delivery schedules
Qualifications & Experience
·Degree or diploma in Sales, Business or Communications
·Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inside sales with a focus on customer engagement and revenue growth
Skills & Knowledge
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skillset
·Proficiency in CRM tools and sales systems
·Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations in the defense sector
·Attention to detail for precise quote preparation and order management
·Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·Ability to drive revenue growth
·Customer focused mindset with problem solving ability
Renumeration
EZ STAK offers a robust total compensation program inclusive of benefits, RRSP or 401(k) matching, competitive base salary and bonus structure. Base salary will be commensurate with experience.
