Overview

The role is to enhance the functionality, organization, and aesthetic appeal of vehicles through the skilled installation of customized cabinetry and fixtures by transforming standard vehicles into specialized or customized solutions that meet the specific needs and operational requirements of clients.

Functional Accountabilities

Cabinet and Fixture Installation

* Assemble and install customized cabinets, shelves, drawers, and interior fixtures in vehicles according to design specifications and client requirements.
* Ensure accurate fitting, alignment, and secure installation of components to maximize space utilization and functionality.

Customization and Modification

* Customize vehicle interiors based on project requirements, industry standards, or regulatory guidelines.
* Modify vehicle structures as necessary to accommodate additional storage, equipment, or specialized tools.

Quality Assurance

* Inspect and verify the quality of installed components to ensure they meet design standards, durability requirements, and aesthetic expectations.
* Conduct final checks to ensure all installations are secure, functional, and meet customer satisfaction.

Safety and Compliance

* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling tools, equipment, and vehicle components.
* Ensure that all modifications and installations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Team Collaboration and Communication

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
* Communicate progress updates, challenges, and any design discrepancies to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.

Cabinet and Fixture Installation

* Proficiency in assembling and installing customized cabinets, shelves, drawers, and interior fixtures in vehicles.
* Ability to interpret design specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of components.

Customization Expertise

* Skill in customizing vehicle interiors to meet client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Customer Satisfaction (Measure customer satisfaction through surveys, reviews, or feedback mechanisms to gauge overall satisfaction with the quality of workmanship, adherence to specifications, and communication throughout the project.)

Qualifications

• Proficient in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience with mechanical knowledge
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols
• Detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
