Account Specialist
Location: Madawaska, ME, 04756
The Account Specialist position is an entry-level position that provides support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts and providing excellent customer service to our current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and maintain client accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Process policy renewals and cancellations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
- State of Maine Life & Health Insurance license (preferred)
- High School Diploma or the equivalency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
