Job Description: Insurance Customer Service Agent
Location: Madawaska, Maine

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in Madawaska, ME, to service our insurance clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current and prospective clients, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have while providing agency support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Providing accurate information about insurance policies and coverage
- Assisting customers with claims and billing inquiries
- Processing policy changes and updates
- Providing quotes for new policies and renewals
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a Maine Property and Casualty Insurance license successfully
