This full-time position is located at the Millinocket, ME, location of F. A. Peabody Company is responsible for performing a range of customer service, clerical, accounting, and reception duties.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing exceptional customer service during phone interactions, including answering calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries effectively, and transferring calls efficiently, is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Creating and providing a positive first impression while ensuring smooth and efficient reception operations, including taking payments, directing to an appropriate resource, or answering client inquiries.
- Handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, basic accounting duties, and correspondence management.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to aid the team environment.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and/or payment systems in order to perform various administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, computers, printers).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Education Requirements
