Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our full range of security and technology systems to businesses, working primarily in a B2B environment. You’ll use your proven sales skills and knowledge of the industry to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the security, fire, CCTV, and access control markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of verifiable B2B sales experience, preferably in security, fire, CCTV, or access control systems
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client sites
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Competitive (small base salary with the potential for high earnings)
