Responsibilities
As a Project Accountant , your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with accurately and consistently completing the accounting functions for the assigned project. This position will be located on the jobsite at Eli Lilly, Inc., Indianapolis plant.
- Review and process vendor and subcontractor invoices.
- Process monthly closing / account reconciliations.
- Review contracts to ensure billings are sent correctly.
- Collaborate with the project team regularly or as needed.
- Collect and review all pertinent subcontractor paperwork.
- Prepare invoice package including all applicable backup.
- Assist other team members as needed.
