F&B Landscape is a respected Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Construction company located in Colorado Springs. As an integral part of the F&B team, you will be in a leadership role, enabling us to provide the service delivery our customers have enjoyed and have come to expect.
SUMMARY:
As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for working effectively in a leadership capacity, within a team environment to provide the highest level of landscape management to our customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and Perform Landscape Management duties on Commercial Accounts.
- Must be detail and quality oriented.
- Perform and oversee the safe operation of lawn care equipment: i.e., Walk-behind / Ride-on Mowers – 21” to 60”, Line Trimmers, Stick Edgers and Blowers.
- Safe and effective use of fertilizers and chemical weed control
- Trimming Shrubs and Selective Tree Limb Removal as needed.
- Perform snow removal operations from walkways and apply ice melt as needed to prevent slipping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in the capacity of a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
- Must have a valid CO Drivers License with a clean MVR.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to deliver a quality product.
- Must be Detail oriented
- Must be Safety oriented
- Must demonstrate a willingness and an ability to be a team player
- Must have the ability to follow direction / instruction from Division Manager
- Must possess the ability to understand and communicate information
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our facility in NE Colorado Springs
