FC Ziegler Company—a family-owned business since 1929—is on the lookout for a full-time Char-lite Associate to help produce self-lighting charcoal briquettes. This is an essential role where you'll be working hands-on in our production process, ensuring that backyard BBQs, campfire cookouts, and grill masters everywhere have the high-quality charcoal they need.

What You’ll Do
- Mix it up! Measure and combine charcoal batches.
- Press on. Operate machinery to form briquettes.
- Bring the heat! Ensure proper processing for quality results.
- Seal the deal. Package the finished product for distribution.
- Test, verify, repeat. Make sure every batch meets our high standards.
- Stay stocked. Monitor materials and inventory.
- Keep it clean. Maintain equipment and workspace.
- Stay alert. Report any equipment issues before they become problems.
What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with shop equipment (presses, mixing tanks, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
The Dirty Details (aka The Perks!)
Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, day shift)
