Job Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, people-driven National Retail Sales Leader to oversee our retail operations across the U.S. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while developing a strong, aligned retail leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Set Strategy: Define and execute the national vision for retail growth and expansion.
- Lead Teams: Hire, train, and mentor store leadership to build a high-performing retail team.
- Drive Sales: Set and monitor sales targets, manage store budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee merchandising, store audits, and brand consistency across all locations.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer service, sales, and IT.
- Enhance Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service strategies and uphold brand integrity.
- Leverage Data: Analyze sales, inventory, and category performance to drive decision-making.
- Visit Locations: Travel regularly (~50–60 days per year) to stores and industry events.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of retail leadership experience (multi-store or national)
- Proven success in driving sales and team performance
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Willingness to travel nationwide
Preferred:
- Experience in integrating in-store and e-commerce channels
- Background in merchandising strategy and marketing alignment
