Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
The Quality Control Process Manager will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate the Quality System and the Process Control Program to ensure the organization’s production operations, from receiving the raw materials, to storage and ship the finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality and product requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Analyze production processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and issues for management review.
- Manage documentation related to quality control processes, including inspection records and compliance reports.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in quality control methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field preferresd.
- Steel pipe manufacturing experience required
- 8 years of experience in Quality Control
- Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
