Patent Agent with 2 years of experience in patent preparation, and prosecution, and a advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Patent Agent should have experience in some of: Electronics, Circuits, Semiconductors, Software, AI, Machine Learning, Data Processing, wireless, telecom, and/or network/mobile communications. Candidates will assist attorneys in patent drafting, opinion writing and technology. Candidates must have excellent writing and oral communications skills. USPTO registration preferred. DC or MA positions.
Qualifications:
Background/degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Technologies
2 years of patent prosecution experience
