Patent Agent or Attorney Biotechnology

Patent agent or Attorney associate with 3 years of patent prosecution experience in prosecution, IP diligence, and strategic IP counseling. A graduate (M.S. or Ph.D) degree in a biological science is required, and a PhD is preferred. Candidates should have a degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or genetics. Excellent academic credentials and communications skills are required. Admission to the patent bar is required.
