Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage new hires and onboarding for half of the FEAM network (approximately 700 employees).
- Oversee employee terminations for half of the FEAM network.
- Track in-pipeline candidates until they are hired.
- Conduct exit interviews and document findings.
HR Operations & Employee Support:
- Handle HR-related calls and respond to level 1 email inquiries.
- Manage bonus trackers to ensure accurate reporting.
- Process employee reclassifications for half of the FEAM network.
- Maintain employee files and ensure records are up to date.
- Process compensation and employee status changes.
- Update employee job coding in HR systems.
- Handle undeliverable mail related to employee communications.
Contractor & Compliance Management:
- Process and track contractor timesheets.
- Reconcile contractor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Manage contractor conversions from temporary to permanent roles.
- Assist with administration of the drug program to maintain compliance.
- Ensure completion of all HR training for employees.
- Support I-9 internal audits and maintain compliance records.
- Complete and send CFR Part 40 forms as required by regulations.
