Construction Administrator
Full-Time | Employee-Owned Company (ESOP)
We are looking for an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team! If you have a background in construction administration and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values its employees, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the estimating, coordination, and management of all construction projects.
Assist with contracts, subcontracts, public-works bids, bonds, scheduling, change orders, submittals, closeouts, and insurance requirements.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with project timelines
Collaborate with project managers and office staff.
Front office administrative duties including, but not limited to, ordering construction plans, greeting vendors and clients, light filing, and office supply inventory.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in construction administration (required)
Highly proficient in computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Team player mentality
