About the Role:
- Identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable inspection and service maintenance agreements
- Develop and execute innovative sales plans to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Closing deals through effective negotiations and communication
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; previous sales experience in Fire Protection with proven successful relationship building and selling of Fire Alarm contracts and repeat business; NICET certification considered a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of fire protection industry and fire alarm systems
- Ability to work independently, be goal-oriented, and customer-focused
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
