What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Working Supervisor - Environmental Services position at F. F. Thompson Health?
Schedule: Full time evening shift, 2:30pm-11pm. Rotating weekends and holidays.
Job Function:
- Performs a variety of cleaning task in all areas to maintain a sanitary, pleasant, and safe environment for patients, residents, visitors, and associates.
- Must comply with all requirements for infection control, safety, and cleanliness as mandated by JCAHO, OSHA, DOH, and other regulatory agencies.
- Support in-service training, train all new associates, fill-in as needed as Supervisor. Perform QA rounds ensuring proper use of techniques and chemicals.
- Assures that high standards of cleanliness and efficiency are maintained per OSHA, DOH, and JCAHO standards.
- Master understanding and knowledge of supply ordering and monitoring.
Education:
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- Prefer 1 to 2 years of relative work experience.
- Prefer experience as a supervisor.
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00
