- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Manage and review all outgoing permits, packets, and applications for accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of retail customer paperwork.
- Ensure the team meets job review, application, permit, and install coordination deadlines.
- Troubleshoot production-related issues with install, service, and general managers.
- Hold weekly team update meetings and distribute daily progress reports to the general manager.
- Liaise with townships, inspectors, external subcontractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Review daily progress update reports to catch and resolve errors, delays, and inefficiencies.
- Provide general office support in conjunction with the office manager.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring the correct stakeholders are informed.
- Assist with additional strategic company projects as needed.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the home service industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
