HVAC Apprentice

Kellam Mechanical is a renowned leader in residential services, is offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with a knack for mechanics and a passion for helping people. As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must. Our HVAC Apprentice Class starts January March 24, 2025.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and AssistWork alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Customer EngagementEngage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Sales SupportCollaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
• Problem SolvingApply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical InclinationStrong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology.
