Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Talent Team to recruit and hire technicians and tradespeople, specializing in residential applications
- Train and develop new team members alongside our technical trainers to create skilled service professionals
- Set and support performance goals for service technicians
- Ensure the team consistently delivers top-quality residential services
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth among team members
- Dedication to providing homeowners with unmatched satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills and a history of achieving business goals
- Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking
- Effective presentation skills and comfort speaking to groups
