Essential Functions
- Perform daily ride-a-longs with service technicians, emphasizing sales coaching and process improve
- Research, organize, and enter essential performance data in support of the service divisions on a weekly basis
- Assist in the preparation and administration of various training programs.
- Prepare and distribute training aids, including instructional material, videos, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids
- Responsible for the completion of technician curbside evaluation forms.
- Report results of ride-a-longs to the appropriate managers
- Consistent ability to motivate both personal and professional growth
- Inspire and encourage team performance
- Proficient in effective communication skills
- Proficient with Internet and Integrated Software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good presenter with the ability to educate through one-on-one and group meetings
