The Performance Coach plays a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our service technicians. This field-based position focuses on daily ride-a-longs with service technicians, sales coaching, and process improvement. The position involves presenting at meetings, attending weekly departmental meetings, conducting online documentation reviews, and utilizing various communication methods to inspire and influence the performance of our team.

Essential Functions

• Perform daily ride-a-longs with service technicians, emphasizing sales coaching and process improve
• Research, organize, and enter essential performance data in support of the service divisions on a weekly basis
• Assist in the preparation and administration of various training programs.
• Prepare and distribute training aids, including instructional material, videos, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids
• Responsible for the completion of technician curbside evaluation forms.
• Report results of ride-a-longs to the appropriate managers
