Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees across all levels
- Manage training logistics, including room bookings, materials preparation, and technology setup
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and completion data
- Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Collaborate with department heads and trainers to identify learning needs and tailor programs accordingly
- Track training program effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports
- Ensure all training programs align with company objectives and compliance standards
- Coordinate onboarding training for new employees to support their integration and success
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs or similar administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in the skilled trades, construction, or HVAC industry is a plus
- Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Problem Solving Proactively addresses challenges to ensure training goals are met
- Collaboration Works effectively with trainers, managers, and employees at all levels
