What You'll Do:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes, ensuring top-quality service and efficiency
- Collaborate with your team to execute flawless HVAC installations while meeting project specifications
- Perform high-quality measurements, cuts, and connections for ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Test systems to ensure peak functionality and troubleshoot any issues with attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service, offering guidance on system operation and maintenance tips
- Maintain a safe, efficient work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or a similar role
- Skills: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals, and use hand/power tools effectively
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Team Player: A commitment to working with others and contributing to a positive team culture
- A valid driver's license is required (must be at least 21 years old)
