The Plumbing Apprentice class starts May 12, 2025 out of our Ashland, Virginia office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction
- Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in plumbing systems with a willingness to learn about plumbing technology
