As a Plumbing Apprentice, you will dive into the world of plumbing, learning the intricacies of the trade. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong mechanical inclination and a sincere commitment to delivering outstanding service are essential. The fully-paid Plumbing Apprentice program begins on February 3rd at the Furr Academy, located at our headquarters in Manassas, VA. This program is open to a maximum of 2 individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and Assist: Collaborate with experienced plumbing technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, attentively listening to their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities for additional plumbing services or products that can enhance customer satisfaction
- Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer contentment
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to uphold a secure work environment for yourself and your team
