About the Role
As a Recruiting Coordinator with Apex Atlantic South, you’ll be an essential part of the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet the demands of our fast-growing organization. You’ll craft compelling job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and actively engage potential hires to build a strong pipeline.
What You’ll Do
- Create and post attractive, professional job advertisements on various platforms
- Review and visually screen incoming applications to identify top candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters
- Send outbound messages to potential candidates through recruiting websites and other platforms
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently
- Provide updates and feedback on recruitment progress
