The Opportunity :
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Specialist Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance service delivery, optimize systems, and improve business outcomes. You will ensure the smooth functioning of facility operations through strategic guidance, technical expertise, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Management : Optimize system performance, provide strategic guidance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Facilities as a Service : Enhance employee experience, manage service requests, and support events.
- Project Management : Lead facility-related projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Vendor Coordination : Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best value.
- Electromechanical Support : Develop preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain systems.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement process improvements and maintain accurate documentation.
