Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, high school counselors, teachers, and administrators to promote our programs.
- Recruitment Outreach: Coordinate and facilitate outreach efforts to local high schools to generate student interest.
- Event Representation: Represent F.I.R.S.T. Institute at college fairs, workshops, and classroom visits.
- Admissions Guidance: Provide prospective students and their families with information about admissions requirements, school values, and career opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create recruitment materials and ensure effective communication strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate recruitment trends and event outcomes to improve outreach efforts.
- Operational Support: Confirm attendance for scheduled events, complete goals and target sessions with the Director of Admissions, and participate in open houses, graduations, and staff meetings as needed.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in high school admissions or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills to engage with diverse student and faculty populations.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working off-campus.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to support the mission of F.I.R.S.T. Institute.
