Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, whether they are in a home health setting, group home, or nursing home. This role requires patience, empathy, and the ability to perform various tasks that ensure the well-being and comfort of those under your care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Observe and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.

Experience

• Previous experience in home health, group home, or nursing home settings is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with patient care techniques and safety protocols is essential.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills to effectively monitor patients' health and behavior.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
