Responsibilities- Manage and oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
- Resolve any construction-related issues that arise during the project.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in construction supervision (required)

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
