What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseperson position at F-L Management Inc?
This job is located in Carson, WA. US-based candidates only.
The houseperson will join the public-facing side of our housekeeping team, cleaning and maintaining common areas as well as performing heavier tasks on the rooms side.
Responsibilities will include:
- Making sure linens and supplies are stocked and getting them to housekeepers
- Assist housekeepers with linens and trash
- Flip mattresses and move furniture
- Vacuum & clean public areas of the property
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous hotel or heavy cleaning experience preferred but not required; we'll teach you what you need to know.
- Flexible availability.
- Able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
Must be available to work weekends.
