Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Knowledge of real estate development, management, rental, leasing, and sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions for real estate development, management, rental, leasing, and sales activities
