What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Attendant position at F-L Management Inc?
Previous resort and/or spa experience is helpful but not required -- as long as you're the right person, we'll teach you everything you need to know to exceed standards for work quality and guest happiness.
You'll be responsible for explaining bath and spa procedures and answering guests' questions, issuing robes, slippers, and lockers, actively upselling spa treatments, sessions, and services, and assisting in all areas of the spa operations. To be successful, you will be a reliable, enthusiastic multitasker who can work independently as well as get along with your team and help out where needed. You will demonstrate and promote 100% dedication to providing the best possible experience for our guests and employees through excellent guest service and outperforming cleanliness standards. Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds, push up to 50 pounds
- Bend, twist, kneel, reach overhead, climb stairs
- Available to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
