Job Summary
Responsible for performing physical labor on construction sites and commonly lifting heavy materials. They may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading or unloading materials, and removing hazards. A pipe layer may also run some types of equipment, or put together and take apart pipe and other structures. Primary Responsibilities
- Install traffic control devices.
- Clear and prepare highway work zones.
- Dig trenches.
- Install sewer, water, and storm drainpipes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
