Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Construction:
- Utilize carpentry skills to construct custom cabinets according to client specifications.
- Assemble wooden components accurately based on blueprints and design requirements.
- Install hardware, hinges, and other accessories to complete the cabinet assembly process.
- Finish Application:
- Apply stains, paints, varnishes, or lacquers to cabinets using various tools such as brushes and spray guns.
- Ensure precise color matching and consistent coverage for a flawless finish.
- Perform touch-ups and adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect finished cabinets for imperfections, ensuring they meet quality and aesthetic standards.
- Address any flaws or inconsistencies through refinishing or repairs.
- Conduct final inspections to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with team members, including designers and installers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cabinet maker or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and equipment commonly used in cabinet making.
